Way Beyond the Between Sea is a children’s book that I wrote and illustrated. It’s based on a vivid dream I had many years ago about a book sale in the Prague town square. I picked up a heavy book that had a foil design of a fish on its front cover. The words, ‘Way Beyond the Between Sea’ were intricately pressed into the cover of this immense volume. I never got a chance to look inside the book in my dream, having to catch my flight back to North America, across the Between Sea.
